Gobbler Coupon?

I see for Drum Month they've added a free Gobbler coupon to our Cakewalk accounts. However, when redeeming, I'm not seeing anyway to avoid being charged. Of course, I haven't put all my info in yet, but the first thing that appears was a "Redeem" field where I put the code and was then prompted to go to the "plans" page, where the default is 50GB for $80/year.

I went back and put the redemption code in again, and was asked if I wanted to replace my current 20GB coupon with the new one. So, at least now I know how much space I get.

So the question is, are the prices I'm seeing post coupon--is there still a charge? If so, I wish it would be more clear in the offering. If not, how do I redeem without putting in credit card stuff--since I don't know what will happen, I don't want to submit that and be charged $40 for something I thought was "free."

Anyone?

Contact Gobbler Customer Support. They're very helpful.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

That coupon is still for the 5GB free account for 6 months. We extended it through the end of the year. Not sure why it's behaving that way for you.

Interesting. Ok, I thought the 5GB came with SONAR when I purchased it; did not realize that was just included due to that promotion.

    Sorry, I meant 20GB.

The 5GB is included as you said.

    Hey Andrew,

It looks like the real problem was just time to update or something. My account shows 25 Gb of storage now, so the 20 gig redemption must have worked, just not shown immediately.

Frankly, the page it prompts us to after redeeming the code isn't the best choice. I understand the concept of trying to upsell, but they should definitely include on the page any transaction that is already completed in the process of getting there and something showing the total current available storage as well.

    Thanks sir for the help.
