Careful, I hear they got a crazy way of loving there.
Not sure exactly what that means, but, be safe.

    Just spent a week there.

    Gates BBQ

Don't even think of leaving without eating at these two places.

And I'm gonna get me some.

I went to Kansas City once. I was hitchhiking across the country... it was the meanest place I hithed through. The only place where people drove by and yelled stuff at me and one even threw a bottle at me. Early 70s.

Kansas City!  Now that sounds exciting!  And only 3 hours from here.

Have fun.  Be careful of the natives, the water, the tornadoes and the floods.  And have a great time!  :)

What's even weirder is that I ain't goin anywhere...I just posted one of those dunderheaded "piggyback" threads on the "Going to Cancun" thing.  Guess we are a gullible lot:-)

Should I have posted some sort of secret handshake...or tip off??  I'm tryin to learn...honest.

I've been to 12th St. & Vine ... It's not what it's cracked up to be.

But if you ever do get down that'a'way ... this is well worth checking out ...

Years ago I was in a band that did about 1/2 covers and 1/2 originals.  We had a medley that had
    Going to Kansas City
    Going to New York
    Going (somewhere else)

All about the same tempo (which made the medley easier).

    Some people call me Maurice

SPLAT Pro lifetime, ADK 6 core 3.6Ghz with 32 GB RAM, SSD 1TB system drive, 3 3TB regular drives for samples, recordings and misc.  Behringer X Touch, UAD Apollo Quad.  2 UAD2 Quads PCI (i think - inside the box whatever that is), Console 1.  More guitars (40??) and synths (hard and soft) than talent.  Zendrum!!!
