Good Customer Service at a difficult time for the company

I requested a refund of my years updates for Artist after hearing about the end of product development at the weekend.  The update year for my account only just started towards the end of October.   I received a couple of prompt and friendly emails from Mike in Product Support about my request and have already had my refund sent back through Paypal.  I couldn't expect any more under the circumstances.

    Glad to hear it.  I personally thought Cakewalk customer service was decent, though I only had a few questions here and there with no major support issues.
