Good interface for X3?

My M-Audio fast track ultra just died. (Viewing is on Sunday) I don't know a thing about new interface's. Does anyone recommend one for X3 or do they all pretty much work well with it all?

Perfect number of guitars formula: Current number of guitars + 1 more guitar = Perfect number of guitars.
