Good news!
Sorry, if this seems redundant, but I would just like to say that I had a wonderful time with my mother and her family despite what has happened. The memorial they had for her was nice (I've never attended one of those before)
I just got home from an Italian resturant and the food was delicious! Of course. we got to talking about music and you all know me, I dropped a little bit -- LITTLE BIT -- of theory on her. haha! She's cool with it though because she says she can go impress a friend now!
Anyway, we had a wonderful time. We watched movies and had pizza at her house and I played VGs with my cousins. Then, we went to a watch night service where I saw my youngest sisters dance. Then, we watched another movie yesterday morning (NYD) before heading out to eat.
So, she brought me back and I showed her what I was working on and she said we'll have theory lessons via email. I also got some of her mother's things. (all of us did).
Again, I really enjoyed my time with her and would do it again, in a heartbeat!
