Good place to buy RAM from?

I have an i7 laptop (the kind with an i7 desktop CPU in it i7 950) I have 6 gigs of RAM right now... anyone know of a good place to get 12 gigs of RAM from in Canada?

    Due to the weak dollar, RAM (and many other computer parts) have been slowly going up in price.
    RAM in particular...
