Goodday all, THEME edit questions

Having trouble finding where to change a couple things - your help would be much appreciated:
 
That box on the left where you insert audio FX to change its background colour
Just under that, the SENDS box to change its colour
The corresponding two boxes in the console view
Lastly, in the ProChannel I'd like to visually separate the modules with a colour around each module which now is just a black line.
