Got a minute before midnight on Friday? (29th May)

Hi to all ,

I created a 'remix' of a song by a worldwide artist called Steven Wilson (from bands like Porcupine Tree, Blackfield, NoMan etc) for his competition to remix one of his solo tracks called 'Abandoner' ...and am amazed to see that I have reached the top 8, out of some 200 entries....and now its all down to voting to see if I can actually 'win'.

If you get the opportunity before midnight on Friday 29th May to vote for me that would be really appreciated.

You can visit directly at www.kscopemusic.com/stevenwilson/insurgentes/remix-competition.html ..my track is number 6,

BUT, the easy/quick option is to just send an email to: competitions@kscopemusic.com
And put in the subject line: SWI Remix Vote - 06 ...and listen later

That's it
Many thanks for any support!

Actually, I decided I am not going to vote for this kind of thing anymore.

    1. You are not a contributing member to this community.

    2. I have not listened to all songs so there is no way to tell if yours is actually worthy (nor am I willing to listen to 200 plus songs).

    So, sorry, but no.

Firstly thanks to CLEAN and anyone that voted - cool.

Secondly - a special big thanks to foxwolfen for taking the time and trouble to comment, going out of your way to be so encouraging - I'm sure the world is a better place knowing that you are looking down on us all.

Have a great weekend out there

Yeah Stu, thanks for all you've done for all of us, for all of your insighful comments and recommendations on how to improve our mixes, you are truely the man!! So selfless? Such a giver!! But someone must have hacked your account and monkeyed with your stats? It only shows 26 posts, and the only ones in the songs thread are on this post? That can't be right can it? What about the countess times you have listend and helped others here? Surely there must be some mistake???? OH THE HUMANITY!!!!!
