Gotta love weekend breakfasts!
Served at the crack of noon. (No time or energy during the work week to make something like this.)

Oh yeah, yes, this IS the Devil's Breakfast. 6 scrambled eggs, 6 ounces of cubed ham and 6 slices of becan. (One becan slice didn't make the photo because, well, I couldn't wait ).

Add a few berries. 30 seconds in the Vitamix. Best breakfast ever (and I usually hate vanilla-flavored things). Added bonus: I could run a marathon 15 minutes after I ingest it. Last night we were celebrating our 7th anniversary together and we decided to go out to one of our favorite fancy places and eat a good steak. We don't typically eat steaks at home - in fact we barely ever eat red meat. Plus it had been over a year since we'd been there so we really were craving it. The meal was AMAZING. The rest of the evening not so much. Red meat definitely doesn't qualify as "clean fuel" or as an efficient source of energy. No regrets, but I don't see myself having that kind of meal more than one every year or two. I'll stick with chicken, turkey and veggies. That being said, I could eat eggs until I burst. So - you guys can have all the bacon. :P

Just so I don't go into another time warp, this is seven years of being together and not your 7th anniversary of being married, right? 'Cause if it's the second then I REALLY can't believe I've lost that much time!

I still remember stopping by this trucker's cafe called Jane's Country Kitchen prior to going on a camping trip with some youth group. We were warned NOT to get the larger size omelettes and we found out why. The largest one used 14(!) eggs and was put together with the largest spatula-looking thing I've ever seen. Personally, I make omelettes all the time, but I only use three eggs for those. Scrambled eggs are always four to six (and usually six). Despite some misinformed information, eggs are very good for you so I'm more worried about running out than anything else.

I love breakfast! It's Becan when I wake up with coffee. Then usually Becan with hash browns eggs over easy to medium with buttermilk biscuits with melted butter and raspberry jam with coffee. Then coffee with PB creme pie. Then coffee

The girls around Portland are so big... - They're sacred in India
- Railway crossing guards get triggered when they cross the street
- When they sit on a moped you can't hear the engine
- When they go to the movies they need two seats
- (And they don't even feel the arm rest in-between)
- If they wear a bikini, you can't see it
- They need a book mark to find their necklace
- 24/7 all-you-can-eat buffets close when they approach
- It takes them an hour to use a restroom, 45 minutes just to line things up.

Hi, Hmmm ... the girls cooked a massive breakfast Saturday ... eggs, turkey sausage, taco meat, veggies, some shredded potatoes, fruit, salsa, some flour tortillas ... it was just too good! They didn't know what becan was, though! I had to explain!
Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!
