Huh, I didn't know my HS-80's would reproduce frequencies that low. Thanks, I think. Man, I'm gettin' a headache. How do you guys listen to this stuff? Doh! You can hear a lot of work went in to this music. I didn't listen to all of the tracks but I liked the ones I did listen to. I love Side Chick! Ok, I listened to yours, now you gotta listen to mine! LOL! | | \ | / \/

@Bub I really enjoyed this tune! I liked how you had the guitar rapping along with the vocals. I also thought how you incorporated the Munsters theme into the track was unexpected yet brilliant!!. For someone who doesnt rap , youre good! @rockinrobby youre link wasnt working so i went to your profile and followed your reverbnation link and started to play You Kneaded Me,then MFer and In Time. i would've listened to more but I didnt have time. Not my cup of tea, but to music relative to your tunes I would say your competitively comparable! My Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2HArHbWf6Y

Been listening to your stuff all day. All show real talent. Particularly liked You Ain't Real, great feel to that one. I can tell that a lot of time and effort must have gone into these tracks. And what a fantastic job you have done. You should be proud.

Not my cup of tea so I wouldn't feel right about commenting. So I got my youngest son(17) to listen. His words, "I like it" but I don't know about a Grammy ! I agree with Bud.......the low frequencies, my sub loved it ! Tim

Hello everyone!! @ Scoobie thanks for passing along my tunes ! I greatly appreciate the gesture! lol When I say "Grammy hands" I mean mix engineers and producers that won Grammys worked on the songs! You'd be surprised as to what this industry (urban) qualifies as contending material! @Janet Thanks for the compliment!!!!! :-) I would like to mention there are many songs in various genres that are not my "cup of tea" , but I do listen to broaden my range and many times I'll incorporate those styles and sounds into my production. Also sometimes I'll make coordinated and logistical opinions of what pleases me. Thank you again! Oh yea when I'm finished this track I'm going to stop by your pages and vibe out on some tunes!!:-)!! BTW i haven't seen a true hip hop thread here............

I was thinking for a few songs, it may be something to me at least new like "Christian Rap", but then later down the list of songs, that changed. Ah, I suppose that is "the next generation or new generation" but I probably am stuck in the past generation. I guess in the end that you live in a different universe than I do, but still it is similar. The mix sounds fine though, so I guess that is about all I can comment on then.

Thanks for your comment spacealf! The songs for the most part conveys a positive message. The only tunes that has "negative" behaivor are Side Chick and maybe I Don't Care. Also after watching and enjoying Sparkplug Johnny's (chasmcg) video Years and Years ago I too would like to post a link to a video. Hopefully some will check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2HArHbWf6Y&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Not my cup of tea either... this type of music lacks.. musicality.. at least in my ears.. That said, I know a lot of work went into it, seems well produced and mixed. To each, their own. Good luck with it regardless!

Not the type of music I'm into, but after listening to a few pieces of some of the tunes, I will say that they sounded well put together and produced. Welcome to the Songs Forum.
