I have used some great mics and people mite and probably will call me crazy but i have fallen head over heels in love with the Rode NT3. I bought it when i needed something cheap to do a low budget recording and there is now very rarely a recording session where it isnt used...never on vox mind!! i find it best on acoustic guitars and on a guitar amp pressed right up against the mesh....there's something about that mic!!!

Overproducing an underproduction is the in thing.....underproducing an overproduction....now that could be interesting :)

Yes, I have to say that Rode makes sweet mics. I have a Rode NTK. SWEET MIC!
