Greetings to anyone who could help

Sonar Pro detected the plug-ins I just installed.  I made sure it was installed in the correct folder path.  Yet I'm still not seeing the Vst instrument appear> insert instument>Cakewalk.

Thanks !

Go to the plugin manager mate, it is probably not 'visible' in your current vst presets list.

Adji mate, could you inform me to the correct path to it, as I am unfamiliar with Sonar Pro OS interface thanks! Sonar Pro is asking to save changes to a menu layout> I added Robpapan.com "SubboomBass"  and it's referring to a .pgl which is unknown. However issues on this end have meanwhile been resolved.  Thank you.
