    I bought some yesterday as I seen it being used in a vinaigrette recipe on the internet. It acts a binder for red wine vinegar and oil. When the mustard is used they don't separate.
     
    We used to laugh and laugh at this commercial when we were kids...."You put Grey Poupon on your wiener ??"

    In the 70s there was an eatery in Berkeley CA that had a sign up saying "We will Poupon your sandwich upon request."
