Gridline Resolution

I just upgraded (downgraded perhaps) from Sonar Producer 7 to the current version of Sonar Home Studio.

In Sonar 7, I used to set the snap grid to 16th notes, and then click on a red button to the far right of the time ruler that said "Add musical snap to transient snap pool." By doing this, it gave me 16th note gridlines in the track view, which then allowed me to precisely line up audio clips to the grid. In fact, I could even create drum beats and other rhythm based events.

I can not find how to do this in the new Sonar Home Studio, and I have looked and tried everything I can think of. Surely this feature exists, but it is just buried?

In Home Studio I have selected what appears to be correct options, although even though I have musical time snap set to 1/16, the mouseover still says "musical time snap = measure."

I also have Display / Vertical Grid Lines / In front of clips  set correctly.

I've tried to attach pictures but this forum isn't working to allow me to.

Please help.
