I hate it when they use Logic.  I've always looked to groove3 more as a PC source and now they might as well be Mac Pro Video.

I love it when they use Logic, especially with Eli Krantzberg at the helm.

I don't care what DAW they use when the instructional video isn't about a DAW.

+1
Some of the best mixing tips I've picked up are from the Pro Tools and Reaper vids by Kenny Gioia.  In fact, I'd say pretty much any vid by Kenny or Eli is worth watching, regardless of the title.

Pro Tools newsletter is my favorite.  Don't have Pro Tools but they always cover how to use many plugins.

With the obvious exception of videos specifically about DAW features ( i.e. Logic plugins explained), most videos apply to any DAW. It makes sense for someone doing this kind of video to use the DAW they arr most comfortable with instesd of awkwardly fumbling through another.

Eli used to do the SONAR vids but it's been a few years since he put one out. I would think there's been enough new  stuff to fill up a video.

It's Bass, not Bass.
i7 2700K, 16GB DDR3, 2 SSD sample drives and OS drive, HDD SATAIII for projects, 2 24" monitors
Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, Focusrite VRM Box, LAVA Lamp, SONAR Platinum 64 bit, Mackie MCU and 1 MCU XT, Akai Advance 49, Windows 10,
Komplete 9 Ultimate, Cakewalk, Toontrack, IK, AAS, XLN, UVI, Air Music Tech, Waves Factory, Sample Tek and Sonivox VSTi's. Overloud, T-Racks, Audio Damage, D16, Nomad Factory, Waves Gold FX
