Groove clip bug?

I have a simple bass loop in a wav, added a fade in and shifted a few end notes up and down in pitch, Set as a groove clip , I roll it out ,, Now I rolled it back to arrange and now I have what looks like ghost lines  where I dragged back, which I can grab and drag left or right to make more of the same clips.. Also when I rolled it over to the other clip,  fades were written and undo would not erase the fades I had to close and restart..
I'm charging my battery to my camera phone will post this cause this is really weird behavior.. Anyone else notice this?

Whoa, that's pretty weird. It looks like those are different takes hidden under you final clip but that wouldn't explain the fade issue.

Dunno and I haven't seen that before.

It happened to me once when working with a pre-exsisting clip I drug in from the browser. I deleted the clip, closed the project, reopened it, added the clip again and it was ok.

I've also had problems with clips getting corrupted. For example, the clip will go silent half way through it. I have to delete it, and reload it from the clip browser.

I tried to do the same to see if this is a common problem, but I am not able to produce the same weirdness. I did do the same thing you describe, but no strange things are happening. Do you mind to tell what you did exactly?

I like to know when this is happening, so I can avoid yo be bitten by it. Also - it is good to know under what circumstances this is happening, so it is possible to determine if it is a bug, or only a strange glitch of the computer itself. If it cannot be produced on a consistently base, I think it will be a extremely difficult thing to "unbug" it.

Jclosed what I done was import a bass loop from the browser , I double clicked the clip , it opened the loop construction view, I went to the last two notes in the Construction view and changed the pitch , closed the view, then in the Track view , with the clip highlighted I hit cntl L ,then with the smart tool I pulled the clip out then back in as you see in the video.

I forget what I did. I was in the middle of a creative burst and had all kinds of clips flyin' around. I do remember having construction view open to edit one of my own clips, but did not do so with any of the clips that came with Sonar.
