"Group" editing tempo changes & MIDI CC events

I'm using X1 Producer as a MIDI sequencer.  I'll often draw tempo curves in the tempo view, and I'm wondering if it's possible to take all of the tempo changes and uniformly raise or lower them at once (instead of having to draw a new curve across 200 bars of music just to bump the overall tempo across the piece by a few bpm).

I have the same question for group editing MIDI CC events.  Like if I have a CC11 curve across a long phrase and I want to bump the whole line up just a tad, do I have to draw a new curve (what I've been doing), or can I select all the events and nudge them--as a group--up or down in any way?  It'd be like selecting a bunch of MIDI notes and using the tool that appears when you hover the mouse at the top of the MIDI note in the piano roll -- it allows you to add or subtract the same value from a group of notes of varying velocities.

One last question for those who live in the piano roll: every time I select a different set of tracks to view, Sonar resets the MIDI controllers displayed in the bottom pane, and it shows EVERY control for every channel into which I've put data...sometimes this can get up to 50-60 lines, and it is really annoying clicking the little 'minus' boxes 50+ times just to get the controllers into a usable state (i.e. 3-4 lines displayed at once).  Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Thanks
