Guiding Light

This is a formula song I think. I forget what the initial insperation was. Or, the perspiration for that matter.
But, It was one of those, "I'm gonna write and record and finish a song today" things.
Never got around to fixing or finishing it so, well, anyway, this is as far as I got.

Thanks Frank. That's it, "Soul".. I was looking at the SC genres and nothing caught my eye so I just did 'blues/rock' Just to get it over with.
But, yea, they don't even have a genre 'soul'... That's really sad....... What is wrong with this world. No SOUL.

Your really captured that soulful sound of the early 1960's.  Of course the mix, arrangement, performance, etc. are wonderful (we have come to expect that from you) but you did an excellent job on the vocal.
    Terrific job Tim!!

You have such a wonderful access to a resource like me? Most people just blow things (smoke and what not) occasionally people hear things? (like me) and attempt to pass them off w/o looking like a tool of some kind?

We love to post and say "thank you" But what's better, is when someone says, hey, pull down that Xylaphone part! And then it works? :-) That's the best...
