Guitar Rig 3 Missing in Sonar X3e

I have Sonar X3e build 352 Professional but I can't find guitar rig 3. Can anyone help? I reinstalled after replacing my hard drive and guitar rig 3 is missing. How do I get the activation code. I have looked in My Products, but it is not listed.

    Look up your NI account for activation

    I think that guitar rig le 3 was supplied with sonar 8.5
