Guitar Rig 4 Presets missing?

 
Hi, I updated Guitar Rig 4 Demo to the "full" version. According to NI this full version is really the LE version. Is this why several of the presets and components are no longer there? Do I have to buy the PRO version to get them? $99 from LE.
 
Also, I installed the same GR4 on 2 computers and ran the scan but they both list presets differently. One even seems to have more presets than the other one. How can this be?

    Google 'guitar rig presets forum.cakewalk' and a few come up. I remember this issue a few times.
