Guitar Rig 4 missing presets?

Hi, I updated Guitar Rig 4 Demo to the "full" version. According to NI this full version is really the LE version. Is this why several of the presets and components are no longer there? Do I have to buy the PRO version to get them? $99 from LE.
 
Also, I installed the same GR4 on 2 computers and ran the scan but they both list presets differently. One even seems to have more presets than the other one. How can this be?

    Did you update to version 4.1?

    It was 4.2.2. The GR4 ABOUT menu said the license type was "Full", and my account page at NI said it was 4 LE. Nowhere in the program does it tell you it's LE. I don't think I paid for any updates at the time so it makes sense I only had the basic version.
     
    For $99 I just upgraded to GR 5 PRO, downloaded it and was left with the DEMO version. After installing it I had to go online again to activate it before I got "Full" status of the PRO version.
     
    Still, there's something odd going on with the presets. The DEMO and PRO versions are different. Column 1 lists 8 entries which look the same. Clicking on each one of those gives a list of presets in column 2. Pro seems to remove some of them:
     
    DEMO - PRO
    2 - 2
    17 - 16
    1 - 1
    10 - 10
    4 - 4
    15 - 9
    9 - 1
     
    The "New in GR5" is empty. The one I was using with 4 DEMO that disappeared is now back so I'm happy with that.

    Run the NI Service Centre and do the updates from there, it should populate the presets and components.

    Another oddity is under "Options - Window Height". Are these preset in GR or are they determined by your monitor size?
     
    Laptop 1 w/1280x800: GR4 LE Full v4.0.7 2009 (No presets at all)
    Small: GR4 LE=635
    Medium: GR4 LE=659
    Large: GR4 LE=683
     
    Laptop 2 w/1920x1080: GR4 LE Full v4.2.2 2011
    Small: GR4 LE=635; GR5 PRO=635
    Medium: GR4 LE=1376; GR5 PRO=858
    Large: GR4 LE=2117; GR5 PRO=1080
     
    Desktop w/1920x1080: GR4 LE Full v4.2.2 2011
    Small: GR4 LE=635
    Medium: GR4 LE=847
    Large: GR4 LE=1058
