Guitar Rig Solid Mix Series problem - settings go zero

I have this problem with Guitar Rig 5 and the Solid Mix series. The settings many times zero out when I reopen a project that has Guitar Rig and the Solid Mix Bus compressor on a bus.

I've emailed Native Instruments tech support but they tell me it's a Sonar issue.

Has anyone else got any problem with Guitar Rig and Solid Mix series losing the recall?

All other Guitar Rig effects seem ok..
