Guitar Tracks 4 register

I am looking at purchasing a v studio 20 off eBay. It comes with all discs etc and registration numbers . My question is, as the original owner has registered guitar tracks 4 on his computer can I use this again on my PC or will calewalk see that this registration key has already been used. I don't want to get this and find I can't register and use guitar tracks 4 because it has already been used by the original owner.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Sorry, but you will not be able to register it.
    The license cannot be transferred.
