    I'll never forget my first day as Noel Gallagher's guitar tech.
     
    He handed me his famous Epiphone Sheraton 'Union Jack' guitar and asked me if I could set it up for him.
     
    "Yes no problem Noel" I said, "But I do have one question - can you tell me what that enormous knob at the front is for?" .
     
    "Well Straummy" he said, "That's my brother Liam, he does most of the singing."

    I walked out of the Post Office earlier today, and saw a really scruffy bloke sat on the path. He was strumming on a battered old acoustic guitar and singing, "When I was young, seemed like life was so wonderful, a miracle, it was beautiful, magical."
     
    "That's Supertramp" I said....
