HELP - Anyone running Windows 10 and a Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2 Mixer/Interface???

Having all kinds of trouble getting Windows 10 and a Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2 Mixer/Interface to play nice together.
 
Sonar 'sees' the device - but no audio output and no Sonar meter movement for it.

Thanks for the response - I am actually posting this on behalf of someone else - I do not myself have this particular Presonus interface, though I have the AudioBox 1818VSL USB interface (which works fine in Win 10).
 
The firmware was never updated by Presonus, and remains at 1.0, and I don't believe any app is able to get audio out using the StudioLive 24.4.2 FireWire interface - which is why I posted - just looking for someone/anyone else who is successfully using it in Win 10.
 
The issues are not with Sonar - as far as I can tell - the issues seem to be squarely within the drivers from Presonus - and the technical support folks at Presonus have pretty well punted on this one - they claim it is a Windows issue - but have supplied no evidence of that.
 
So - if I can locate anyone else using this interface in Win 10, it would mean that there should be some kind of way to get it to work on the computer it is currently not producing audio output on.
