HELP: How do I access my FREE "Advanced Workshop: Modern Drum Production in SONAR Video"?
I purchased SONAR Platinum back in June with the life time updates, but I am not able to find out how to access the FREE video "Advanced Workshop: Modern Drum Production in SONAR Video". According to the Cakewalk website at the link below I am supposed to get it for free. It says go to my command center, but there are no videos in the command center unless I am missing something. Can anyone shed some light on how I can access this video? Thanks a million! http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR/Advanced-Workshop-Modern-Drum-Production " Special offer: Buy or upgrade to SONAR Platinum through July 31st and get this video tutorial free ($39.99 value). Current SONAR Platinum customers will automatically get this video free through Command Center.SONAR has evolved into a comprehensive drum production tool for today's producers and engineers. In this video tutorial, Cakewalk's Dan Gonzalez shows you how to record, edit, and mix drum tracks that can truly power your projects. This tutorial covers all aspects of drum production: miking the drum kit, organizing your tracks during pre-production, editing and enhancing, creating drum samples, reinforcing drum hits, and mixing the entire session for the optimal listening experience. SONAR's extensive editing tools, ProChannel analog-style mix console, and new Drum Replacer provide everything you need for modern, in-the-box drum production. Special thanks to the band Undersea who recorded the drum tracks for this video at Mortal Music Recording Studios in Charlestown, MA." Best Regards, Cameron Graham

If I recall correctly , when I first got Sonar Platinum I actually had to contact tech support and they ended up emailing me the link to this video (the video is a download file).

ampfixer was the link listed your connected products? Just wondering, because I don't see it there. I am going to send a ticket to tech support. Hopefully this gets resolved ASAP. Last time I had a question they took like 2 months to respond and it was simple question about purchasing Platinum. I almost didn't buy it, because of the wait time on it.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. It's in my list and I just DL'd it. It's a collection of about 25 MP4 videos in 5 folders. Could I post it some place so it could be DL'd?

It appears the offer is from July 2015 (not 2016) and the website has not been updated since then. Platinum owners around July 2015 have it in their account. If someone upgraded after July 2015 they would not have the product. I don't think it is a good idea for users to offer free copies of Cakewalk products. The video is on sale at the Cakewalk store.
