HELP! "The following channels are in use by another application"

OK... It's not going well at the moment. Windows 10 and a few upgrades are sending me mental.
 
Latest is when I try to access Bias Amp and NI B4.... I get this message:
 
The following channels are in use by another application
 
Analogue out 1
Analogue out 2
 
Now, this is nonsense - my other standalones and Sonar al work perfectly.
 
What to do???
