HELP! audio buses utilized by project (11) exceed maximu allowed (10) to open this file...

I'm using guitar tracks pro 4 with Lexicon OMEGA audio interface. I have a project that won't open. When I try to open it I get this message:  audio buses utilized by project (11) exceed maximum allowed (10) to open this file it must be reconfigured and saved with a cakewalk product that supports the configuration.
How do I reconfigure the file if I can't even open it, and how could I have possiblly exceeded the maximum allowed buses?

My best guess is that the project file has gotten corrupted.
Do you use "Save as" to create new versions as you work on a project?
If so, you can open a previous version and start from there.
Short of that, you will probably have to rebuild the project.
MIDI data is saved with the project, but your audio files are in a different folder and you should be able to retrieve them.
    Good luck.
