HELP!

My drummer is recording drum tracks with a Yamaha drum kit and SD3 in Sonar. First 4 songs.....PERFECT!
 
Fifth song.....latency of about an 8th or 16th note! Just on this one song.....CPU is fine. What's going on?????

    make sure there are no effects ON in any busses (including any aux sends- turn them off)
    turn off unnecessary plugins
     
    double check your latency settings (buffer)
     
    restart sonar
