HELP please someone

Dear All,

I come to you as a fan of Zeta and I'm getting desperate.

I have used zeta 1.4 for ages and when 1.5 came I updated. It sent some of the arp sounds bonkers like they were on speed. I've posted on the forum and direct with Cakewalk and nothing suggested seems to work. I have uninstalled recopied the arp files, installed 1.5.3 even made registry changes and reinstalled the 1.4 all to no avail. While I wait for Cakewalk to get back to me can any one tell me am I the only one still to have the problem ??? If not what are other people trying.

I love Zeta and think it's fab but I have got studio deadlines that I need to get done and I need to get it to work

Any help from anyone would be gratefully received.

I am getting desperate

Cheers Cosy Pete

Hi Cosy, my only suggestion is to call Cakewalk support directly on the phone to see if you can get it resolved faster. I don't know what might be causing the issue you describe.

    Thanks Tech head,

I am emailing someone from Cakewalk but every time something doesn't work I have to go via the website again which is a pain but that's the way it has to be done.

I object on principal to phoning but may have to in the end.

    Thanks for taking the time

    Cheers Cosy Pete

Every time I've called tech support, they've always been wonderful and (more importantly) able to solve my problems.
If only I could get them to spark my temporarily dormant muse...

    My site i guess;)
