HELP!! with EZdrummer

Hello All-

I just got EZdrummer and installed it on my G drive (where Sonar 5 is located). This is my first VST plug-in and I'm totally lost and mixed up. I read in the EZdrummer manual about "On first launching EZdrummer you will be presented with the authorization screen (etc. etc). How do I launch EZdrummer at this point? I'm assuming it's within Sonar. I'm new to VST plug-ins and I'm aware that I have to take extra steps for it to work. So not really having done this before I ran the VST Configuration Wizard (Tools-VST Configuration Wizard) thinking that this was what I was supposed to do, but I still don't know where the plug-in is or how to find it (I'm sure I didn't do it correctly).

Can anyone take me through this STEP by STEP.

Thanks.

Do a search on your pc for VST plugins. and use that path in the VST Adapter and then scan for VST plugins again.

Most people put their VSTs in a folder called VstPlugins......

On my PC the VstPlugins folder is in C:\Program Files\
So the full path is C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\

Many other setups will have the VstPlugins folder in
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins (which is the default path
    installed by steinberg products).

With SONAR you can have multiple VST folders if you wish.
In practice I find it better to have them all in the one folder...
Easier to back up etc etc

Once you know where you've installed it, then ,
when you run the VST adapter make sure you've entered the correct path.
    Then do the scan.....

Once the VST scan is finished and you have closed the adapter,
run SONAR, then use the Synth rack to insert an instance of the plugin
    into your project....

Info on all these things is readily available in the help file...
