Halion Sonic released

Steinberg has released a new vst workstation called Halion Sonic. The sound in it is supposedly created by the team behind the Motif synths but listening to te demo songs for Halion Sonic on Steinbergs website I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. I actually prefer the sounds in good ol' Dimension Pro to this one, and definitely the sounds from Kontakt 4 and Independence Pro.

It seem to have a few really nice features though.
