Great production, Bob.  As always, your make it look easier than it really is.  Your arrangement is spot on and keeps the listener busy.  I love your vocals, especially the bg vox that is subtle but effective.  The bass drum really gets a leading role in this song which is appropriate for the heavy guitar tones that you use.  I envy your video skills.  Happy Halloween to you!

    All the best,

Cool song!   And fairly appropriate for Halloween.

Mix sounds good here, guitars are nice a crunchy and the vocals are easily understood. And like Lynn I like how the kick drum keeps driving everything forward.  Tone-wise it reminds me a little of Mike Portnoy.

Totally complete tune and video.  I love the videos.  Your productions are very "big".  I listened to this on my monitors and those kicks moved my stomach.  Just another wonderful production by you, Bob.

Hey, Guys, Really sorry for the very late replies, things have been really crazy at work for me and that's why I haven't been around much lately.  I'm hoping to be able to get back on here more often!

    Hey, Steve,

Thanks so much, I greatly appreciate you checking out the video and your kind words!

Your comment about the drum sound made my day, and you've got excellent ears my friend!  I actually used my own "custom tweaked" version of Steven Slate's "Dream Theater Kit" for all the drums on both of my albums because I've always loved Mike Portnoy's drum sound on all of the Dream Theater, Adrenaline Mob and Winery Dogs stuff.

Thanks again, Steve and have a great night!

Thanks so much for checking out the video again, and I'm glad you got to crank up a little "cone movement" in those nice Adams monitors!

I really appreciate your kind words, friendship and support, Wook, it truly means a great deal to me!

    Hey Freddy,

It's great to hear from you, buddy!

Yes, Sir, It's been quite a while because I've been really swamped with work and super busy for the past couple of months.  I'm hoping to be able to get on here a bit more soon to get some good ears, suggestions and input on a few mixes for my new CD coming in December.

Thank you very much for taking another look at the video and your very kind comments, Freddy, greatly appreciated!

    Have a good one!

Hey, Daren, How's it going, bro?  Hope you're having a rockin' week!

Thanks so much for checking out the video and for the kind words!

Yep, I've always been a big fan of all three of those bands and did a ton of Dokken, Dio/Rainbow and Ozzy/Sabbath in many of my cover bands over the years.

I really appreciate the comment on the drums because drums are always frustrating and a constant struggle for me.  I played these live on my Yamaha pads, but LOL, I'm such a crappy drummer that I always record them in simple stages, first the basic groove on the kick, snare and hats and then layer in the toms, fills and cymbal crashes afterwards to try to get something half decent.  I usually end up manually nudging, sliding and tweaking the track layers a gazillion times until things start sounding like what I'm hearing in my head for the song.

Anyway, thanks, man, I always look forward to and appreciate your input on my stuff because your tracks are always excellent!

    Have a good one!
    Bob

Can someone please tell me how the hell I missed this!!! WOW killer Bob...I did catch this on FB...but I'm glad to have a 3 or 4th look....what a great job your doing my brudda...the guitars on this were deadly...and your vox you nailed as always....I really like the acoustic break at 2:45...the only thing I'll add is the kick was a bit up front for my taste and seemed to steal a bit of the lime light...but again..could just be my set up w/sub..but you really killed this my friend and I always enjoy my BobOister fix!!

As always Bob, the guitar playing and sound leaves nothing else to be desired. I shared your video on YT. I I ever want a prime example of metal/rock guitar done right all I need to do is look at your material. Your vocal fits this type of music very very well. No nits to pick. Thanks for sharing it!!
