Halloween music

My favorite time of the year.

Shamefulness abounds in the socio-politico-econo-world, so why not extend the turmoil here?

I like to make strange, surreal, sci-fi-and-horror-based music.

Here are some appropriate for this season:

11 Scenes from Halloween:
http://soundcloud.com/arachnaut/sets/11-scenes-from-halloween/

and (presented for your consideration) a progressively warped Twilight Zone theme song:
Crepusculum I-V:
http://soundcloud.com/arachnaut/sets/crepusculum-i-v/

If you can stand these, here are my favorites [some go back to the early eighties before MIDI (let alone plug-ins) using hand-made gear*]:

PS - how to make an Etch-a-Sketch of you in 5 minutes:
    Google images for an Etch-a-Sketch.
    Shade the screen middle gray.
Get one of your pictures and crop it to fit the screen - erase the background leaving your profile.
In Photoshop use the 'Smart Blur' filter with these settings:
    Quality: High
    Mode: Edge Only

adjust Radius and Threshold for best results.

Invert image and merge in Photoshop layer (or use a blending mode).

I saw them live '88, Keeper Of The Seven Keys tour.
My friend passed the singer a lighted pumpkin and he put it on top of a Marshall stack, where it stayed for the rest of the show.
To us 15 year olds this was mind blowing.

Good try!  Too much red and yellow though...  Try using a gradient on the picture (desaturated) where both ends (light and dark) come from samples of the toast.
