Hands On Deck

Hey All,

I'm in the market for something that gives me more hands on control of my soft synths.  I'd like something fairly small and compact with maybe an octave or two on the keyboard and some knobs and pads and wotnot (or any combination thereof) something with faders for controlling the mixer would be nice too ...

Way, way back I picked up the Cakewalk/Peavey controller which as far as I'm concerned worked out to be less useful than a chocolate teapot.  The main problem with lack of feedback to correlate what was being controlled within SONAR by the hardware so some meaningful feedback in this department would be most appreciated.

There are so many controller options out there these days that it's hard to work out what suits best so any direct input from people using it with SONAR will be invaluable.

Cheers,

Jammer

Why not get something that says Roland on it?
