Happy Gear Day to Me.....

Just scored a Factory Refurb for $250 from GC's online store. Full warranty.

These recently dropped from $799 to $499 most places. Once I found out Imogene Heap used this on most of her new album, had to have it. Time saver for making harmonies. Also a great FX unit.

Gear: A bunch of stuff.

The sense of novelty can inspire you to try new things... that's the same across the board. :-)

OK, reporting back in from Nirvana land.

Talk about a panacea in a box. This thing is killer. I spent 3 hours the other night tracking harmony vocals that had a few rough spots. Add another hour for fixing slight pitch issues and clean up. I produced the same vocal effort which was as tight or loose, depending on your settings, in about 30 minutes with this thing. Add to that a couple of mono vocal settings that rival the best mic/preamp/tracking compressor combination I own. What a fricking time saver for pulling together vocal ideas. The pitch correction is very soft or easy depending on your need. I just put my ATR-1 up for sale on ebay.

OK, rant over. Move along nothing to see here. 10 out of 10 on this unit, that's my review.
