Ed's right...I was being taken out to lunch.  As soon as I got home, I read this. Thanks, you guys.  You're all sweet.  :)  My youngest son said to me the other day, "My greatest hope is that my kids love me as much as I love you."

It just doesn't get much better than that.  :)

Had a great day with my Mom today.  She was born on Mother's Day (though the two dates don't fall on the same day this year) so, as an only child, this is one day I MUST remember!  She'll be 82 on Thursday and still going pretty darn well.

Hope everyone else that still has a Mom above ground made some time for her 'cause once she's gone, she's gone.

    Aw thanks, guys.  :)

I would have responded earlier, but I was busy mothering... Miss Milla has a play date, and her father brought his iPad so that HIS mother could watch the girls playing all the way from North Carolina.  She was darling and what a cool way to meet someone. She stuck around online for about an hour watching the girls play dress up and then hung out with me while I cooked everyone lunch.  Later, Milla has her first gymnastics "competition" at the YMCA.

Pretty good Mother's Day, and it isn't even the actual day, yet. :)

Well, thank you once again guys!  :)  I forgot it was Mother's Day tomorrow and planned an event with one of my classes, so we can't hang out at the lake with my sons and grandkids.  :( Oh well, we'll try again sometime later.

Thanks again!  You all have a great time celebrating YOUR moms too!  :)

Had a fun day with my Mom.  Her apartment complex had a Mother's Day Tea party which she enjoyed then I took her out for dinner and we then went for a nice drive all the way up to Timerbline Lodge on Mt. Hood and back.  The weather was perfect!

Yep, some great creative town names out here:

    Boring

    Drain

    Sandy

As always, Washington does even better with the likes of:
    Omak
    Twisp
Concrete (no Steel or Gravel though)
Forks (no Knives or Spoons though)

Though a personal favorite remains one in the Mojave Desert in CA:

    Zzyzx

And a happy Mother's day (still 20 minutes to left here).
