Is the gear 1/2 price in the custom shop? I have previously purchased gear credits and don't want to have to buy more gear credits to get a discount on something I already bought (gear credits). If "That’s right, everything in the IK software toy bag is half price from now until January 6, 2014. No gimmicks, no tricks" is accurate, the custom shop gear should also be 1/2 off as well. Please advise. Thanks.

Do they EVER sell any of their products for List price - IK products seem constantly on sale / group buys etc etc. And why would ANYONE buy Sample Tank 2 when, allegedly, ST3 is on the horizon, albeit quite a far horizon!!!

Actually the full ARC system IS half off! I In the custom shop it's $149.99 + 15.99 shipping. I called IK sales and the verified that. But you can't use gear credits or jam points.

The first of the name to work on the update. From what I gather, it's become a family tradition to work on SampleTank 3, generation after generation... I think it's actually the world's second oldest profession.

Yup ARC 2 is half off and our Gear Credit packs are half off. You can't use the Gear Credits for ARC 2 since they are half off as well, which if applied would only be 25% of the price after half off twice. But with new gear coming the the Custom Shop on both sides and a new release around the corner I'd be jumping on the Credit Packs.

Nigel, The only reason to buy it at the ridiculous low, howbeit still exorbitant price, is to get the upgrade path to ST 3. Just remember, ST 4 is only 10 years away!
