If you have a backup image file (prior to recent installs), I'd reload the machine from it... and see how the machine behaves.

    If the problem persists:
If the laptop is literally brand new... I'd exchange it.
If it's beyond the return period, the HD is still most likely under warranty.  I'd get it swapped out... just to be sure.

I reboot the whole computer with system restore and when i look up Hard Disc 4: WDC WD5000BEVT-22A0RT0-(S1)
Some say the computer is looking for the glyph harddrive and but can't find it.

When i install my glyph hdd it wasn't showing up under my computer
so i called sweetwater they did sweetwater remote. And gave the glyph hdd a letter. So i install my waves onto music 3 but than i had install iLok Client Installer and driver installer. It said it couldnt install the ilok driver for some reason.

After all that my computer internet went out and i had to manual shut down by holding power button than that when it came up with the message

Could be a drive condition detected and reported by S.M.A.R.T (a standardized on-board drive diagnostic system). If you can find a SMART reporter (like speedfan or defraggler) you may be able to find out more details. Best to believe the report, though.

they "healthy" status from the drive manager is a little misleading in a case like this.  all that really means is that windows sees the drive and can access it.  the error you're getting is probably a SMART error like bvideo says and if I were you'd I'd be scrambling to make sure I had everything on it backed up immediately and I'd be looking for a replacement drive ASAP.

You can check the integrity of the WD hard drive using the Western Digital diagnostic software found here:

    http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=702&sid=3&lang=en

If your error message is being generated by a SMART warning, it should show up on this test. You can run the DOS version from a CD to rule out some problem in your Windows installation generating a false message.

If SMART has triggered, then replacing the hard drive may be the safest option.
