Has Dimensions out of tune problem been fixed?

I've been considering Dimension Le for a while now, but remember reading complaints about patches being "out of tune".  I also remember reading somewhere that the issue was confirmed to be a problem with the actual samples.  Has this issue been resolved for Dimension Le users?

The only tuning issue that I recall was with some of the Bass samples in Dimension Pro. To address the issue, Cakewalk released a third free expansion pack for Dimension Pro to supplement the Bass libraries.

Was this update available  to the Le version of Dimension?  Were those same suspect bass patches part of the bass presets within Le?  I know the Pro version has a much larger sound library.  I've not seen any mention regarding if Le was affected as well, and if those updates addressed the Le version too.

I got a copy of DimLE with a version of SONAR after I had my copy of DimPro. DimLE never got installed. The free expansion packs are DimPro only

I just came across this thread and others after scratching my head with Dimension Pro.  It's obvious I don't use it much, and am just now confirming the tuning issue...which is still an issue.  I press key C and get a key B.  Terrible.
I would be nice if Cakewalk offered a stripped down, "race edition" of Sonar Platinum.  I just would like the software and not all the crappy soft-synths and sample libraries!
