Has SONAR 7 full Octo-core - support??

Hi,

I want to buy a second Xeon E5420 (2,5GHz) CPU for my Dell T5400. So here ist my question: Will SONAR 7 support all 8 CPU-Cores (Octo-core)?

And is my Windows XP Pro also possible to support 8 CPU-Cores?
