Has anyone had any experience with FLUX products support??

A problem has recently cropped up with the authorization status of my FLUX TRAX software package.  After downloading a new license (for a totally unrelated piece of software) to my iLok account TRAX started showing up as "Not Authorized !" and would not work at all.  So...I downloaded the latest iLok drivers and client installers and tho all my other iLok stuff was working fine... as regards TRAX...no love.  Uninstalled and reinstalled TRAX.  No love.  Uninstalled...cleaned registry...downloaded and installed the latest version of TRAX from FLUX.  No love.  Emailed both iLok and Flux.  iLok, as one might imagine, said this was definitely a FLUX problem.  FLUX has now received 4 separate emails from three different computers about this over the course of four days.  No response.
 
When I was thinking of buying TRAX they couldn't email me enough.  I got email responses quite literally within hours.  But now something is amiss.  And the only sound I'm hearing is crickets chirping in the distance.
 
Please let me know...if only to commiserate...your FLUX experiences.

    As much as I am tempted to, it is stories like this that keep me from using products which use iLok.
