    What problem are you having?
The PCIe version of the 424 should be fine.
If you've got the older PCI version of the 424, call MOTU and get the PCIe version.
Last time I checked it was $400

It is not recognized by Win, BIOS or MOTU setup. Other PCIe cards are fine and lite right up. I bought the card from B&H and have tried all the recommendations found in this section for WIN 10 installations...nothing. If I am correct the card should show up (even if it is called unknown) in device mgr at least.

It is a PCIe X1 card.
Thanks for asking....defective? I sure would like to get back to music, I've been away for a few years.
