Has anyone had trouble from build 255? I was thinking I would wait for X1c but...

maybe there won't be an X1c and since they put the disclaimer that 255 is halfbaked... I thought I'd ask before rolling it into the batter.

If no one is having a probem from it I'd rather have it in the mix that run into a problem it could keep me from having in the first place.

Thanks...

It complains it can't recognise my UA-101 interface if I use WASAPI drivers, but it can if I use ASIO. Trouble is the ASIO drivers cause another (very long standing) bug whereby the last few milliseconds of each loop aren't recorded when doing loop recording, or the last few milliseconds of punch-ins, leaving a small gap.

So the work round for the loop bug is to use WASAPI, not ASIO, the work round for the 155 bug = use ASIO not WASAPI.

    Doh!

I've had no problems with it. Due to the interleave bug, x1 was unusable without it. It would constantly change my interleave on random tracks.

Just when I drag and drop samples into the timeline, Sonar puts them anywhere randomly instead of at Now Time.

If they're broadcast waves, makes sure you've disabled the option to import broadcast waves at their original time stamp. It's in the audio options somewhere.
