Has anyone reported problems using Signal with Sonar

I have Sonar Professional, latest version. I've worked on two projects with Signal (loaded into Kontakt). Both have become unworkable. I load the projects, and as soon as I do any editing (e.g. change length of note in PRV) Sonar freezes up. I'd really hate loose all that work, as I'm very partial to it.
