Has anyone seen the Advanced Workshop Video?

Hi, i'm trying to determim if CW Advanced Workshop Video is worth the time and purchase?  Or has any one check out the other two video by Groove.?

    I found it very informative; it really tells you what can be done with Sonar X1. Keep good notes though as it is not laid out in steps - rather just one long video and rather fast paced. I have watched it several time and have noted the times at which the information I need is displayed. So now I just Fast Forward to what I want to see.
