Has the post editing threshold been reduced again?

Is anyone else finding that they have less time to edit a post without "edited" being added to the post? This seems to come up quite frequently and it's usually something going awry with the forum software, gets fixed and then crops up again at some point in the future. I just edited a post about 10 seconds after posting it and it got flagged as edited.

    Yes, I edited a couple of posts recently within a couple of minutes, maybe less and they appeared as edited.

    Another potential factor of edited posts is thread subscriptions. Can a post be edited before it is delivered to a subscriber?
