bapu and mooch have.  two (non) seater, in fact!

    I've been accused of not having very much of a seat and I have ridden a bicycle.

    But now I have to watch, with a tear in my eye, on August 25th, as he and Mrs Conquistador ride off into the sunset on "our seat less" bicycle.

    At one the school I taught at in NJ, the kids would ride their bikes around campus without seats on them.  I learned it was for practical purposes, it reduced the risk of theft.

    Probably not the same reason that bapu and mooch take the seats off their bike and isn’t there a song about that ... A Bicycle Built for Two.
