Having Issues with Playback.

Every time a playback an audio file it plays a weird beeping every few seconds at the same tone. Any help it says it's registered but i never got an email saying it's registered, please help.

            I found the reason for the aggravating beeps it's caused by Sony's's FX tools do you know of a way to fix it this problem?
