Having some issues with 32 bit Synth Edit VSTi and SONAR X1c x64 [SOLVED]

Can someone who has the VSTi soft synts - "Mr. Tramp" or "Organized Trio" verify that they can open them up in X1 x64?  I'm having issues and I don't know when they started acting up.  I'm fairly certain they were ok in earlier versions.

    Hi Mod Bod!

I use Mr Tramp in x64 with no problem (as a matter of fact I was just using it the other day). I don't use Organized but I do use VB3 again with no problems.

    Peace!

Hmmmmm.  That's got me scratching my head.  I wonder if I have a damaged or missing bitbridge.  Both synths work fine in another 64 bit DAW but not in X1c.

Thanks for the prompt answer.  It will help me investigate why this is happening.

could it be permissions? some se synths extract/write .sem files on launch (though i'm not sure about the 2 you mention)

Is the issue you're having the error message that says something to the effect that the synth might not be installed properly.

If so, running SONAR as admin may fix that. You probably already know about this, but I'm just checking. :)

OK folks, I figured out what the problem is.

I uninstalled an installation of SONAR 8.0 32 bit that I kept on my system as a test bed for betatesting 32 bit plugins.  Evidently, the uninstall process might have taken the Bitbridge program with it.  I downloaded a demo version of Jbridge and my 32 bit VST plugins (which I didn't know were gone) and my 32 bit soft synths play ok.

The problem is to reinstall Bitbridge without doing a complete reinstall of SONAR X1.  Or I guess my other choice is to buy Jbridge.  If Bitbridge can't be installed on its own I guess I have to way the expense versus the time to reinstall.  Also it could be argued that Jbridge may be something that will continue to be supported since it is 3rd party.  Anyone's thoughts on that?

    EDIT:

Problem was solved with a reinstall of SONAR X1 > Program files only.  This installed under the X1C update.  There was a flagged file (Plugin Manager) that I had to select ignore and bypass that file.  Bitbridge is back and working.  I decided that the expense of Jbridge was unecessary.
